Shipping & Delivery

All Products purchased from the Alfabolic Website shall be delivered to the customer through a logistics partner or by Alfabolic themselves.

Delivery Time Frame

Thank you for supporting small businesses like ours and we are grateful for your patience. We usually get your order to you within 14 working days. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information to help you follow your package right to your doorstep. If in an unlikely event, it will take longer, we will inform you of the same.

 An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order, and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

 Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:

  • bad weather
  • flight delays
  • political disruptions
  • other unforeseen circumstances

Alfabolic shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products.

Order Cancellation

In case of requests for order cancellations, Alfabolic reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. For cancellation of orders that have been dispatched please refer to our Returns section below. Alfabolic has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Alfabolic and accept Alfabolic’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Returns

We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. Please note that all products purchased on the alfabolic website are non refundable. All returns will be given store credit or an option to exchange, upon agreement with us. Please note – store credit is valid for six months from issue date. Once you use the credit note, the sale is final.

Return Conditions

  • Return/size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
  • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  • Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
  • Unidentified returns sent may be returned to the sender and/or not accepted

Exchanges Process

  • All purchases are non refundable. Exchanges can be initiated in India upon agreement with us. Send us an email at contact@alfabolic.com. Please make sure you have the following information on the email –
  • Order Number / Registered E-mail Id
  • Product Name
  • Reason for exchange
  • New size or item you would like in place of original purchase
  • Once you receive a reply from us, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with to the following address – Alfabolic Enterprises, Plot 176, Sector 6, Panchkula, Haryana 134109
  • Once we receive an item, we need 7 days to conduct a quality check. Post a quality check, the new piece will be couriered back to you, the shipping cost for the same to be borne by the client
  • Please note that any discount offers are not valid on exchanges, they will be calculated as per the price on our website
  • We only offer a one-time exchange option
