Having lived in London and India, you will find her constantly looking for the next adventure, inspired by her passion for always trying something new.

Why I started alfabolic?

I have always led a very active lifestyle, constantly looking for a new workout to exploit, a new sport to adopt, and a new adventure to discover.

From swimming to running to pilates, I have loved keeping my body active. After I moved back from London to India, I realised that there was a dearth of fitness based activities in my city, and that the activewear market was very limited to the big brands.

Activewear for me is not defined as garments that are worn while working out only, they are garments that can and should be worn while doing anything and everything, from grocery shopping to yoga class. Garments that are engineered for today’s cosmo woman, who heralds balance in every aspect of her life.
